Hi All,
So the funding's finished now and I didn't hit my goal, does that mean the project is cancelled?
Short answer: No.
Long answer: I got enough money to reimburse myself for the cost of the amazing cover art and I have plenty to do a reasonably sized print run without losing money. As it stands though, I won't be able to commission any more art or professional editing services. I've still got a bit more writing to do so this could change if I get a bunch more sales before printing but even if I don't, rest assured you'll still get an awesome product in your hands.

how far away were you before closing your goal? So excited to this and thank you for moving this forward
Just over $100 off, not tonnes but as a percentage of my goal it seems a bit bigger. Thanks for the kind words, I cant wait to get the game in your hands!
I never really understood why this didn't take off, Sam, but I for one am super excited about it still coming out, with that delicious cover!!
Thanks. Definitely lessons learnt regarding what itch funding is and how I should use it in the future. I'm still very happy with the game though so hopefully a few more people stumble across it once it's launched.
